Selection Board

The Selection Board will verify the requirements and personal preparation of the candidates and is composed of the local coordinating professors of all partner universities:

Selection criteria for the attribution of any grants or financial support to mobility 
The Selection Board will only evaluate the documents uploaded to the online application according to the following criteria:
 
  Points /100
1. Curriculum vitae and correspondence of the first or second cycle degree with the CLE path as well as evaluation of the presence, in the curriculum studiorum, of exams in the following areas: Literature, Language, History, History of Art 0 - 30
2. Grades of the exams taken  0 - 10
3. Known languages (the overall number of languages of the consortium already known is valued more) 0 - 20
4. Motivation letter  0 - 30
5. Reference letters  0 - 10

Those who have obtained a minimum score of 70/100 in the general merit rankings will be considered eligible for the attribution of any grants or financial support for mobility.

Results of the checks 
The outcome of your application will be communicated on Studenti Online (www.studenti.unibo.it ) and sent to your institutional email address (name.surname@studio.unibo.it ), starting from the date indicated in the Procedure Calendar. You will be invited to accept the post according to the pre-registration procedure by the date indicated.
The outcome you will find will be:
  "admitted": you can register for the course;
  "not allowed": in this case you cannot register for the course.

Admitted students will be promptly informed of the requirement to hold a valid Visa or Residence Permit, in accordance with the mobility plan for their assigned route. This will ensure compliance with the immigration rules in force in the country where they will carry out their mobility.
