The “H.E.A.D.” series results from a rich reflection and a constant questioning on the current relationship between the job market and the humanities.
This reflection relates to the academic world and to the job market, in order to understand the skills that our students need in order to advance when they step into the labour market.
This questioning is behind the H.E.A.D. (Humanities and Enterprises Annual Dialogue) project, which proposes a debate aiming to demonstrate that humanities and literature are fundamental today, and that they can foresee some future changes.

with the collaboration of Paola Fossa and Eleonora Norcini
The speeches collected in this publication address the issue of the relationship between higher education and the job market; an issue which, although expressed in different ways, has always been at the center of the "Humanities and Enterprises Annual Dialogue" (H.E.A.D.) project since the moment of its conception, more than a dozen years ago.
H.E.A.D., born in its turn within a training project - the CLE program, recognized by the European Commission with the Erasmus Mundus label of excellence - as an attempt to create a bridge between humanistic-literary studies and the job market, has over time seen literature scholars dialogue with economists, advertising journalists, representatives of public institutions or private companies around apparently distant, if not unrelated, issues, such as audiovisual media, marketing or business management.
It is now the turn of the book and its crafts. The attempt is that of retracing, through the voices of its protagonists, the long path that leads from its conception to its production, distribution and conservation. And thus answer many of the questions that a literature student asks himself today.
