The conflict resolution workshop is structured in three moments and is a training experience aimed at developing an alternative linguistic register with regard to one's own experiences of conflict. Instead of focusing on thinking, knowing or interpreting, the training aims to develop the language of feeling, which is oriented not only to oneself, but also to the other person. At the end of the two workshop phases, the last reflection phase will propose a broad re-reading of the previous day's mediation, and will enable the participants to reconnect with the theoretical ideas of the December seminar on conflict management.
